Genuine Victorian, wooden fire surround. I would like to see the surround saved and used again as it is in really good shape and a lovely size and design. Apperture 38 x 38” approx. Depth 10” approx.

The house is in Ealing, London and dates from 1905 - presumably the surround was installed back then. It's made from iron, painted black, with a wooden shelf attached to the top. Wooden shelf is 1720 x 310mm and overhangs the face by approx 120mm.

The surround is of a large size, ideal for a living or dining room. The surround has an interesting period design with circular panels on the crossbar with flowers inside them and interesting leaf designs on each end of the cross bar.
