This is a rare bolection surround. Very nice detailing and a rich colour. The finish is a fine hone. Please look at the photos as there are some repairs, although they are discreet and do not detract from the beauty of the surround. The surround is of a large size, ideal for a living or dining room. The surround has an interesting period design with circular panels on the crossbar with flowers inside them and interesting leaf designs on each end of the cross bar.
