Original 1940s vintage, navy blue, lace dress, featuring a fitted bodice with a very attractive neckline and flattering elbow length sleeves. The waist is nipped in and the skirt has a modest amount of fullness to give just enough swing. There is a side metal zip. The dress would need a slip underneath for modesty. Suitable for a size 8-10 the measurements are bust up to 34 inches, waist 28 inches, hips 48 inches, length 40 inches. It is in great vintage condition, ready to wear.

Really lovely bias cut evening dress in ivory (or off white/ cream). The only flaw is a small bit of leftover seam stitching is visible but could easily be snipped off if you're confident or a seamstress could easily open the seam, push it back through and close it (which is what I had planned to do. ).
