Gibson SG in a limited edition Sparkling Burgundy as used in the 60s. Pick-up has been upgraded to a Seymour Duncan Antiquities P90 Soapbar Bridge Black (£215). This pickup delivers the gritty, vintage-correct growl of an early ’50s Les Paul bridge pickup. Chords have a warm but sparkly midrange grit, and single notes jump out nicely without sounding harsh. There are signs of use but nothing that affects the guitar’s playability. Only selling due to not playing it regularly enough and needing to get funds for a house deposit.
