Steerer tube has a total length of 193mm; the top 35mm is threaded. This is an older fork that was made before fork dropouts had safety tabs, so it is critical for safe use of the fork that the wheel skewer be tensioned properly.

Fork is used and still has rebound. I do not work on suspension forks or very versed, fork has rebound, I suspect it needs a rebuild before serious use, or at least a professional opinion. Fork is marked F100, Pretty Sure that 100mm is the Travel, you may be able to look it up further details with the Serial # F9424.
