This was CAD designed and manufactured for use with the obsolete 126 film format introduced by Kodak in 1963. 126 film was actually 35 mm in width so technically a Canon 35 mm OEM holder will work with them.

This will also work with 16 mm movie film (provided you are willing to cut the filmstrip to the adapter length). Each holder is custom made and may contain spot sanding and other finishing marks. My main concern is that it works like it is supposed to.
