Ipod touch 4th generation does have a lot of scratches to the back and some dents , screen is not damaged but it does have a fair few marks. Home button is working. The iPod does have a passcode on the device so there is possibly an iCloud account associated with this, so please take this in mind that it may only be useful for parts.
