Are fit to be used as step ladders - wooden ladders of this age and design tend to be rickety. The step ladders are in a very decent condition and exhibit limited "wobble" when opened. For display purposes, the wood may be summarily rubbed back(leaving paint splashes etc) before being given 2/3 coats of Osmo Oil to finish.
