    These are not new and they have rust on them. The trolleys do spin and all the bearings might be present, I do not see how they could have fallen out but they need to be lubricated for sure. The brackets would hold a barn door approximately 1 inch and 5/8 thick and possibly an inch and 11/16 in thick. Please use pictures to help determine condition
