4ms Ensemble Unified Polyphonic Voice Of 16 Complex Oscillators Eurorack. Good condition. Comes with both panels (black an and white) plus the printed manual. Each of the upper and lower sections has a switch which connects the highlighted jack socket to either the 'A' or 'B' jack. There is also a centre mute position on each of the switches which disconnects the jacks from each other.
