Hydraulic winch off a military helicopter . Came in a job lot of military surplus equipment. Un-tested but was listed as working at the time. Hydraulic operated so wouldn't have thought it would be an issue running it up. Length or wire and SWL unknown. Given its intended us it will be well over engineered.
