here I have a used but fully working nespresso creatista plus drip try is missing the black plastic inside but not really needed and also loss when inserted to the machine because keep taking out to empty the water so it will happen sooner or later also the water tank is the same, a little loss but nothing to worry about once water is inside the tank I think its a design fault and wear and tear the machine has a few light marks as u can see remember this is a used machine so expect some very fine marks here and there No milk jug included can collect from se14 or se28 london cost new around £500
