It will play records but the arm bearings for the left and right swing are loose and have excessive play in them and require tightening or replacing, this can affect how well it plays. The up and down arm action is fine. Technics slip mat. The part/ area that needs attention is highlighted in the last two photos. The deck rotates perfectly. The pitch control works perfectly.
