Please read description fully. Canon Powershot A540 compact digital camera. Good overall working condition with some cosmetic marks as per photos. Camera works and takes photos, but missing the plastic holder for the small button cell battery that sets date. Without this, the camera will say “change batteries” even with new ones and then shut down after a couple of photos. Just needs the small plastic holder and a new button battery. With soft protective case and manual. No corrosion to battery contacts. Does need a new backup battery to retain time (CR1220). Takes pictures to SD card no problem. Note that you must use an SD card with a capacity less than 2GB with this camera, it does not support the newer SD types (SDHC or SDXC)
