It turns on but we do have have the capacity to test it further. The backlight on the LCD display is not working.

I’ve not used this sampler in years. It does not have the optional effects board built in. The floppy drive seems to work, it turns on and loads the boot disk ok. The other disks with it seem to be corrupted but not really needed anyway. I believe it has 9m-words of memory. I used to run it on an SCSI hard drive. Any questions please ask!

The Akai S3000XL is a 16 bit professional stereo digital sampler. It's an 32 voice polyphonic sampler, using 16 bits sampling technique and 44.1 kHz sampling frequency. It's equipped with a 3.5" HD floppy drive and can load samples from the Akai S1000, EMU and comes With OS v2.0. (Great example).
