Alienware AD2721D 1440p 240HZ Monitor (Faulty) - Dell MSA20 ARM included. As you can see the screen has 4 lines on the display, the display works perfectly fine these lines appeared out of nowhere, i can't bother getting it fixed i am sure it can be fixed from Dell workshop.
