For sale is a coffee pot and lid made by one of the Thuringia makers around 1780 . Sadly it is unmarked which makes it a bunch more difficult but it is obviously from one of this area's makers probably Rauenstein or Volkstedt . The pot has two hand painted scenes in puce that are quite nice as well as two small ones on the lid. Rose finial to the lid (which was restored/replaced)and some relief branch and leaf work to the handle and spout. The pot is in great condition except for the finial and some wear to the gold trim. There is also a small chip to the side of the spout which might actually be from the making since it is black and very irregularly shaped. For sale is a small pot with its lid made by Ludwigsburg between 1765 and 1770. Not sure what this was used for but probably for hot water or milk. The pot is marked with the CC mark under the crown in under glaze blue but I forgot to take a picture of it so if you need it just ask. It's there! The main body of the coffee pot is decorated with a large hand painted floral arrangement on either side as well as a smaller flower to the front and a couple of tiny leaves to hide firing flaws. The top rim as well as the lid rim have a nice relief trim to them. Nice spout and handle shapes but my favorite part are the three feet it sits on. A fairly typical feature for this maker but it sets them apart from almost all others. All three parts are trimmed with this nice deep puce color and the edge.

For sale is a coffee pot made by a German maker around 1800. I think it might be made by Limbach but could be a number of other makers like Hoechst for example. It is nicely hand painted with a ring of poppies as well as lots of fancy gold trim.
