It is attributed to Rabbi Attar (aka Ohr ha-Chaim - the Light of Life), who was born in the Moroccan city of Miknas in 1696 and died in Jerusalem in 1743. He arrived in Palestine from Morocco in 1742.

A vintage or possibly antique sterling silver Jewish cup marked Israel 925 on the bottom it’s in beautiful shape and condition. I don’t know Hebrew to read what’s inscribed on it but the etchings are beautiful! It weighs 84.63 grams of sterling silver.
