A Fine Antique Cased Travelling Microscope Outfit Circa 1840. Unsigned but of excellent quality in good working order no polishing or restoration as pictured. The microscope unscrews and breaks down into its constituent parts and is housed within the fitted case, which is much smaller than a standard case. Some internal wood figments are loose or missing. The microscope being pre RMS is equipped with 5 screw on lenses and 3 numbered Objectives. Very stable and robust in use with a good mechanical stage.
