The board is strictly sold as not working so no returns will be accepted. Was working perfectly until I tried upgrading to a new PSU, only to find the PSU was faulty and it over volted the board. There was a puff of smoke in the area marked in the last picture (MAU3 chip). If you're good at soldering then it should be a simple repair. Thanks for looking.
