Atomos Ninja 2 Pro Res video recorder. Working and comes with an hard disk to record to. Plus one spare HDD case to put another one in. You can out put to hdmi or you can transfer the hdd files with the included hdd dock. No instructions but you can get them online. I’ve not needed them - if you are familiar with general record / play buttons etc.. Original Battery and charger are in the box. I find it doesn’t keep charge long so I’ve bought a canon LP-E6 style rechargeable via usb battery and bought the Atomos battery adapter. So I use that battery instead.
