Fill the bulb syringe with warm water. Gently position the nozzle of the syringe at the entrance of the ear canal (do not insert it too deeply). Squeeze the bulb gently to release the water into the ear, allowing it to run out into a wash basin, clearing out any remaining wax.

Open the ear drop bottle by breaking the safety seal and tighten the cap to pierce the nozzle. Keep the head tilted down for a few minutes so that the liquid will spread and settle into the ear then plug the ear loosely with cotton wool.
