This was used once, maybe twice, as we were bought two of these so naturally one barely got used. I have sterilised it and replaced the filter so it's as clean as it would be if bought new. The box has a bit of damage just from being kept in a cupboard with stuff on top of it, but the actual machine is like new. I believe these are around £100 brand new so hopefully this can help you save a bit of money to go towards something else baby related!
