1999 Pokemon FRENCH 1st Edition Base Set Booster Pack with the Blastoise Artwork. It’s a PSA 8 but I dropped the case while moving and it being a way older case it came clean opened. I will ship it in its PSA case but consider it a sealed booster pack basically. Please note there is a small slit in the bottom crimp of the pack, which is why it got a PSA 8 in the first place. I’ve zoomed in on it in the pictures so you can see it. It’s not a slit through the entire crimp, just in the middle of it like a line-shaped hole. Does not impact the integrity of the pack.
