This one is indeed a doorway to "The Zone". The scale is the ancient Aeolian scale aka Mojave 6 in Low B. Aeolus is the Greek god of wind. It was made by himself in 2013 before he passed away. These flutes are hard to come by and was told by him it is a master for sound healing. I paid 1040$ for this in 2013.
