Made of a hard wood (uncertain what type of wood - the graining on back is unusual), it features the single block print capital letter "F" and dates to the turn of last century or slightly before. Condition is very nice - it is a solid wood piece - minor age related wear with a tiny chip off the back edge of the block and a rub on the bottom of the point next to the green felt (added to protect surfaces when it was displayed standing).
