The serial number, 70608, indicates that it dates to 1955. The mouthpiece is not marked, so I do not know who the maker of the mouthpiece is, but it does seem to fit quite well. There are a few dings here and there, and I have taken photos of a small thing on the side and a wrinkle on the inside of the bell.
