We do our very best to ship all items on the day the payment has cleared. However all items will ship within 1-3 business days. PLC Toolbox Supply only sells new surplus items or used items that were pulled from known working machinery. If an item fails to work because it is defective, the defective item must be returned within 30 days. After we receive the item back at our facility, we will confirm that the item is indeed ours and defective.
