This is for the Series 2 (will not work with Series 1 weights) of the Bowflex 552 model. The difference between the series is the Series 1 handle has the word Bowflex written on a gray piece and the Series 2 the word Bowflex is written on a red piece.

Instructions - These are very simple to take apart and put back together. There is a few videos on YouTube (search "repair Bowflex dumbbells") that show how to do this. Just be careful not to lose the springs or bearings when taking apart.
