Not an expert on brass rubbings but it appears this piece was done by artist Irene Cowan from England. This particular piece is a black and white edition and I believe represents Lady Elizabeth Say that is said to have lived in the mid or late 1400's.

It is the actual rubbing. Not a print. When it was created is unknown. A rip at the top and a couple small holes. Which you can see in the photos. The image in the photos shows the original piece the ribbing was taken from.
