All watches sold by TimeLuxury are covered with in-house warranty for a period of 1 year after purchase for pre-owned watches and 3 years for unworn watches. Watches that lose time, gain time, do not change day or date, or have any other signs of not working properly will be serviced under our warranty program.The TimeLuxury warranty does not cover any damage resulting from water damage or physical harm. Additionally, the warranty does not cover polish for the watch case, any damage to crystal, band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles which are a result of normal wear and tear. Any lost parts of the watch, including stones, is not covered with the warranty. Any damage incurred as a result of exceeding the limitations of the watch manufacturer’s water resistance gui.
