This sign is 100% New old stock. It has never been hung and has been preserved nicely in the original box. Disclaimer: This will not be shipped in the original box, I have duplicates of this item, and need to keep the box unfortunately. It is very rare to find one still new like this, over 30 years old. With that said, it is new old stock. The piece has small red smudge on the front, some scratches on back, and a few very little scratches on the front.
