90s TV nostalgia at it’s finest! I have recently washed and dried them for hygiene purposes and noticed a few tears (see pictures) at the waist band. They are 100% cotton poplin so this is likely due to age and the elastic starting to perish — it would be a simple job for a seamstress to fix should you wish to replace the elastic.
