For sale this 1969 Selmer Alto Mk6 top F# model M160033 In excellent condition and has 85% of its original lacquer, which adds to the desirability. A firm action with very little, if any, wear in the rods. Original MUSIC MEDIC pads, apart from the 7 I’ve replaced during an intermediate service here at Cheshire Woodwind Ltd as an overhaul wasn’t required. Plays like a Mk6 should bright and responsive. Selling for a widow whose husband was a professional sax player in The Syd Lawrence Orchestra passed away not very long ago and is very much in need of the funds from the sale.

I am selling a Selmer saxophone of the third anniversary series. The saxophone was bought in Canada and was sold to me (2nd owner). It was used intensively for a year. The saxophone is in perfect condition, all the cushions are intact, the mechanics do not creak, the valves are fully adjusted. The saxophone sounds great! There are no scuffs, I have indicated all the minimal nuances in the photo. You may ask why there is no blue enamel on the “S-arc” because it was custom-made, another engraving was also added around the octave valve.
