This TV isn't perfect but overall is good. Dvd player works, when testing it did flicker a couple of times but seemed to settle down. I'm not sure if this was the dvd or the dvd player, scary and HDMI ports working fine. Does have specs of what looks like paint on the unit in various places No damage to the actual unit. No power cord or remote included
