Contains a minimum of 35% cocoa solids. FunCakes chocolate melts can be melted in a microwave or au bain-marie. Microwave instructions: Pour the chocolate melts into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt at maximum power (800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the bowl from the microwave every 15/20 seconds and stir well.
