It is not suitable for keyboards or mice that require their own driver, however can be used with both standard and wireless USB mice and keyboards. This Extender is a two part hardware solution comprising a transmitter that connects directly to your computer and a receiver that connects to the USB HID device. Cat.5e or higher network patch cable (not included) is required to connect the two units together. For best performance and compatibility, we recommend the use of solid core patched cables.
