In good condition with age related marks throughout. A solid frame with carbon forks, would make a perfect winter bike. Campagnolo ultratorque BB Headset could do with a new sealed cartridge bearing for the bottom. Very easy to do. I have applied oil and grease to make it move smoothly, however there is some noise from the bearings still.
