This high end cassette deck was second from the top in the Sony range surpassed only by the TC177SD (out of the range of most pockets both then and now). Altough simple in layout Its very solidly built to very high specs, very easy to use and records and plays back extremely accurately. As can be seen in the photos, this has been well cared for and includes a lid (repair needed), which is pretty rare for these decks. It's in wonderful condition both cosmetically and operationally and has recently been checked over to ensure all functions operate correctly. The original power cable still reads the Japanese manufacturer Nirakawa. I can send a pdf of both Owners manual and Service Manual if required. If you'd prefer this to be printed, please let me know.
