THIS IS USED BUT IN GOOD CONDITION. THIS DOES HAVE WEAR. THIS WAS USED AT A BUSINESS THAT CLOSED DOWN AND THEY LEFT THEIR SIGN. THE WIRES ON THE BACK WHERE CUT. THAT IS THE WAY THEY TOOK IT DOWN, PLEASE SEE PICTURES. THIS DOES HAVE SCRAPES, SCRATCHES, MARKS, DIRT, AND OTHER WEAR. I THINK IT IS MADE OUT OF PLASTIC IN WITH A METAL BACK. ALSO, WHEN IT WAS TAKEN DOWN, SCREWS FELL INSIDE SO IT RATTLES WHEN IT IS MOVED. IT MEASURES ABOUT 7 1/2" TALL AND ABOUT 6" WIDE.
