Upright cherrypicker .... Needs a bit of tlc . Mainly the rain got to the controller ,believe to be the main reason for not engaging the boom arm . New motor some time ago easy fix for anyone.... Put it for £1800 no last price no time wasters .no retards no returns no chance of mind. Etc . Am not in a hurry .
