This listing is for a Chris King front hub from 1993. After the headset, Chris built the front hub, before later in 1994/5 the rear hub came to market. This early hub, with the KING only etched logo is an early one. Spoke count it 32h and it’s 100mm width for quick release. This will work nicely on a road or mountain bike restoration. For sale this beautiful high end wheelset comprising Enve SES 3.4 carbon rims on Chris King hubs. Rim depth is 35mm front and 45mm rear. The wheels are in excellent lightly used condition with just a few minor cosmetic marks/scuffs but nothing of note. Both hubs spinning smoothly and ready to race. The wheels come fitted with a Campagnolo freehub with Chris King lock ring. The included tyres are Vittoria Corsa Graphene 2.0 tubulars size 700x28. I used these wheels on my Columbus steel Bianchi which is also for sale in a separate listing. Let me know if you want them both and I will include a Campagnolo Super Record 11 Speed cassette as well. This was a £3k wheelset in its day and is still exceptionally rapid. The wheels will be carefully packed for fast UK delivery.
