TOP TIP : As with any algae problem, underdosing is just not effective at all, in fact you may as well not have dosed at all! So always better to slightly overdose then underdose. Often when a problem like green water is bad, you will be advised to double dose (or do a repeat dose soon after) and this is a good idea when the sun is shining, as you are trying to kill algae quicker then it is trying to grow.
