This is an older machine that I have upgraded with a PM5. I’m a PT and my oldest client is now 97! This machine has been used almost exclusively by him (It has lived in his garage) and occasionally I’ve done a bit of training on it too. He’s getting a bit doddery now so this can go. It still has a drag factor of 200 (see images). I’ve held world records in indoor rowing so I know how to maintain and look after the machines. The chain has always been oiled and I’ve regularly opened up the fan casing and cleaned it out, hence the high drag. I’ve also upgraded the handle and I can even throw in a pair of old rowing mitts to stop calluses. Also, if you want to try it out before you buy, you are welcome - just get in touch.
