ELKHART CONN 88H. From what I can make out of the serial number, I believe this one was made in 1965. It blows as it should with a big, resonant sound.
eBay
The 88H is a representative model of CONN, which is supported by orchestras around the world as the standard for large-bore trombones. The sound and feel of the 88H, a masterpiece praised in many ways, is created from a variety of ideas, including "gold brass slide," "nickel silver slide crook," "F section bore thicker than the main bore," etc.

Technically a large bore tenor trombone, these are often used especially in high school programs as a bass trombone, and are probably the most popular pro tenors ever made. No dents or signs of major dent repair, even on the slide end and the main tuning slide which are so often beat up.
eBay
No significant dents or problems. New water key cork installed, slide bumper intact, spring barrels present and intact.

Bell is not lacquered, so looks tarnished but I think has a really nice look, has visible marks where repairs have been made. Interesting sound, a mixture of classic conn and modern, direct shires sound.
