Vintage Smith Corona GT Designed By Ghia Typewriter In Rare Orange 1970’s Retro. This has been used but considering its age it is in good condition, everything seems to work ok and as you can see from the pictures the ribbon still has some live left in it. The outer case/lid does have some marks/light scratches. Please feel free to ask any questions and have a look through the pictures as this does form part of the description.

Vintage 1960s smith Corona Corsair typewriter in aqua blue colour. In great cosmetic condition, though could use some cleaning. Mechanically working. Ribbon seems dry and may need replaced. The ribbons for these models are easy to find and easy to replace. Plastic on shell and keys is extremely clean, no discolouration. A great example of this model. One flaw is a missing switch tip (see photos). These can be easily found on eBay.

Ive given the machine a light clean, oil, replaced the ribbon, thoroughly tested it and found everything to be working as it should. One of the hinges for the case is faulty so its not fully functional but it is included with the typewriter as it is still useful.

The carriage doesn't move to the right when typing, I'm not sure if there is something that need to be pressed or it's faulty. Selling as spares or repair. Appears to be working although I have no tried it with paper and ink. It might well need a tune up. There are signs of wear but looks mostly good overall. Comes with box although there is some damage to the fixings on the box.
