This warranty does not cover accidents, theft, loss, mistreatment, improper use, physical abuse, wear and tear from normal use, or damage resulting from tampering with the product, water or moisture exposure, or other physical damage. Damage resulting from or that occurs due to having the item serviced or modified by a third party and voids this warranty.
