In my opinion, open cases with eBay is for when sellers not cooperate with you, or you purchase FAKE items, or you paid for item but didn’t receive it. USPS can’t track once it left USPS territory. It only shown “in transit”, or in some cases it will say “in transit to destination”. It cannot not tell whether customer receives it or n.
