David winter quayside model from 1980. Very good condition, no chips or cracks etc. Measures approximately 16cm x 10cm and is 11cm tall at highest point. David Winter Sussex cottage has a couple of very small chips to the underneath of the roof tiles which can only be seen when looking at it upside down. Measures approximately 9cm x 5 cm and 7cm high at tallest point.
