That being said English potteries produced this specific style of lobbed dish from around the Cromwellian period (1649-1660). There is a stylistically similar dish attributed to Norfolk House (Lambeth Pottery) in the V&A museum Delft collectionin London.

A GOOD EXAMPLE OF A LONDON DELFT CHARGER DECORATED IN BRIGHT POLYCHROME ENAMELS IN THE SO CALLED FRIED EGG PATTERN TO THE RIM AND A STYLISED IMAGE OF A GARDEN FILLING THE CENTRE. MOST PROBABLY MADE AT LAMBETH AND DATING FROM AROUND C1740. Diameter approximately 30.4cm. Condition: No chips or restoration. Typical fine glaze cracks and the usual wear to the glaze on the rim.
